Manage Your Subscription
Activate a plan, manage billing, and cancel — all from within the chat.
An active subscription is what delivers recommended trades to you. Browsing and following instruments is free; receiving the agents' open and close notifications is what your plan unlocks.
View your subscription
From the main menu tap Subscription, or send /mysubscription at any
time. You'll see either your current plan and renewal date, or the available plans
if you don't have one yet.
Start a plan
Open Subscription. Tap Subscription in the main menu (or send
/mysubscription).
Choose a plan. Pick the billing cycle that suits you.
Check out securely. A secure checkout link opens in your browser. Payment is handled by our payments provider — Nestovi never sees your card details.
You're active. Once payment completes, your subscription activates and recommended trades begin flowing for the instruments you follow.
Manage or cancel
When you have an active plan, the Subscription screen shows a Manage Subscription button. It opens a secure customer portal where you can update payment details, change your plan, or cancel. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Billing is handled securely
Payments and billing run through a trusted third-party provider. Your card details never touch Nestovi's systems.
